Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across various marketing channels to effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product, and external agency teams to develop strategies and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional writing skills, and a creative mindset.

About the ROLE

Each day at AssuranceAmerica isdifferent, but as a Marketing Specialist , you will:

·Develop creative and innovative content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, advertising materials, and more.

·Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences, with a focus on digital and social media target marketing.

·Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform content creation and marketing strategies.

·Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that effectively communicates brand messaging and drives customer action.

·Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

About YOU

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism,or related field.

·Bilingual (English/Spanish)

·Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator in amarketing role, preferably within a relevant industry.

·Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills withimpeccable attention to detail.

·Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovativeideas for content and marketing campaigns.

·Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience optimizingcontent for search engines.

·Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with theability to work effectively in a team environment.

·Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such asGoogle Analytics, social media management tools, and content managementsystems.

·Strong analytical skills and theability to interpret data to drive decision-making and improve marketingperformance.

Preferred

·Experience with graphic designsoftware and basic design principles.

·Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and otherweb development languages.

·Understanding of branding principlesand brand identity development.

·Experience with email marketingplatforms and strategies.

·Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketingcertifications.

PhysicalRequirements

·Prolongedperiods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·Must beable to lift 15 pounds at times.

·May berequired to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction.
